AYDC PL&D Series: “Ask, Listen, Encourage” Workshop

Do you communicate with youth in a way that makes them feel supported and heard? Join us for “Ask, Listen, Encourage”, a virtual workshop designed to help youth workers build more supportive, youth-centered relationships. Participants will learn how to: Ask effective questions, listen actively to youth, and offer encouragement rather than praise.
