Safe Alaskans is attending Project Homeless Connect on September 23, at the Eagan Center in Downtown Anchorage. At this event, Safe Alaskans Staff will be providing Anchorage residents with safe walking materials, including warm reflective hats and gloves, to help them be seen during the darkest parts of the year.
