DESCRIPTION:This workshop is about your social emotional learning. We often ask young people to name their feelings\, regulate\, and repair. This is 90 minutes to practice that ourselves and gain practical tools we can all use in our work and personal life. You’ll get an introduction to Social Emotional Learning as adult practice and to the Second Order Change series. \nWe’ll move through mindfulness practices you can carry into a staff meeting\, a hard conversation\, or at home. Then we’ll turn to healthy leading standards: the boundaries\, rhythms\, and self-care commitments that let you lead without burning out.
