CarFit is an educational program that offers older adults the opportunity to check how well their personal vehicles “fit” them.

The CarFit program also provides information and materials on community-specific resources that could enhance their safety as drivers, and/or increase their mobility in the community.

Use the videos below to learn more about CarFit and see how you can make your car safer and fit you properly. A proper fit in one’s car can greatly increase not only the driver’s safety but also the safety of others. When you finish all 12 videos, enter your information at the bottom of the page and you can be entered to win a $25 gift card from Fred Meyer!

For more information on CarFit, visit www.Car-Fit.org, where you can sign up for a 90-minute free CarFit virtual workshop. Use our calendar on the right to see current virtual workshop offerings.
